SBA Lunch & Learn CLE ~~ Trial Advocacy Series-Session 2- Evidence

The SBA Summer Lunch & Learn program will be “Fundamentals of Trial Advocacy”

This is the second in a three-part series, coordinated by Judge Jeanette Garrett, Judge Mark Hornsby, and attorney Jim McMichael. It features  practical presentations by experienced attorneys. This session includes the following-

Session 2 – July 31, 2014 @ 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  (lunch included) ~ Evidence

Hour 1:     Introducing Exhibits at Trial;

Laying a Proper Foundation;

Making and Responding to Objections

Hour 2:     Hearsay; Applying the Rules and Exceptions

**The cost to SBA members is $100 per session or $275 for all three sessions if paid in full by June 6, 2014.  The cost to non-SBA members is $120 per session.  Space is limited.  Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
